We’ve never run a research project that hasn’t revealed something that has had a powerfully transformative effect on the project we’re working on.
We’ve lost track of the times clients have sat watching a research group and said “I’ve worked in this business for years and I never knew my customers thought that.”
We work with clients on all kinds of research from ethnography to qualitative groups and quantitative surveys. Our favourite tools are on and offline focus groups, depth interviews and expert consultations but every project is different and we love working with clients to get the right mix of insight for their project.
