We run some desk research for all of our more in-depth qualitative work. For a few days work we can gain a much better understanding of a sector, a product or service area or the competitor landscape.
By desk research, we mean just that. We spend our time at a desk, or sometimes we go explore local experiences, and we compile it into a report of our findings that can help us inform the task ahead.
